Debbie Reynolds was born and raised in Michigan, finished out High School in the Ft. Lauderdale, Florida area and graduated from Liberty University 1979. While attending Liberty she met her husband, Steve. Following Seminary Steve and Debbie moved to Northern Virginia to start a church with a group of friends in 1982. Helping to grow organizations is ingrained in Debbie’s being. In 1988, Debbie began her career in real estate as a way to make extra income for her family of five at this point—and the rest is history! Those humble beginnings blossomed into The Reynolds Team, now Reynolds EmpowerHome Team and EmpowerHome Services.
Debbie, a Broker for the District of Columbia and Associate Broker for Virginia and Maryland, holds many designations, one of which being a Luxury Home Specialist. In addition, she is a top-notch negotiator known for getting sellers top-dollar for their home and helping buyers find a great deal on their purchases. Debbie sets a very high standard of service on EmpowerHome and is affectionately called “Team Mom” by the entire team-family!

When not providing her wisdom and compassion to the team, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, which include her nine amazing grandchildren who affectionately call her Grandmama!
