Lydia Parvin graduated from James Madison University in 2010 with a dual-degree in Biology and Mathematics. For 3 years after college, she worked for a boutique consulting firm where she did office management, HR, and recruiting. Wanting to try something different, she became a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant and worked at Movement Mortgage for almost 2 years.
It’s at this position where she met Sarah & Debbie Reynolds, who worked out of the same office! After working together on a loan for a short sale listing, Lydia became friends with some members of Reynolds EmpowerHome Team, which started the conversation of joining us!
Over the many years Lydia has been apart of the team, she has done a myriad of roles, including being an assistant to Sarah and Debbie, a Listing Coordinator, Contracts Manager, Sarah Reynolds’ Executive Assistant, Director of Leads & Database, and now Chief Data Officer.
When not tackling multiple tasks and assisting the team, she enjoys being with her husband, Marc, being outdoors, and playing with their 2 sons, her daughter, and their dog.
