Jennifer Wade – Chief Operation Officer

Jen Wade obtained a BS degree in Marketing from Longwood University and entered the real estate industry in 2012. In 2016, Jen became the Chief Operations Officer for EmpowerHome where her responsibilities grew to include training expansion operations and onboarding new agents, team financials, and overall operations across the network.

Jen, her husband, Jason, and their two boys, reside in beloved Loudoun County, and in her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with them.
